New Research Brief Series

'Research Brief' is a publication series which includes 11 editions based on the findings of the global research report, The Next LevelThe series takes a step further as each edition puts a specific topic at the forefront, bringing together key findings, advice, and resources found on this subject in the 164-page report. Research Brief consolidates insightful and practical information in a clear and concise document.

The initiative is not insignificant when we know that recent research has shown that there’s a critical need for many communication professionals to convince executives and senior management of their capacity to deliver business value. While an increasing number of business leaders accept the inherent value of good communication, not all are confident that their communication teams are delivering it. Moreover, research notes that communication professionals are often not making a convincing case internally about their value and that many board members and top managers view communication professionals as channel producers or technicians.
