CEO & Founder of IC Kollectif Lise Michaud has more than 25 years of experience in senior communication roles across the public and private sectors in Canada, including line, middle and senior management. Her experience covers internal, external and change communication, media relations, journalism, and social media. In addition to a degree in Communication, she holds a Diploma with a thesis in Built Environment & Human Behaviour, a field that led her to perform evidence-based practice with international organizations and committees for 7 years.
Lise Michaud has won a 2019 IABC Gold Quill Award of Excellence. She was named to the lists of The Global Employee Engagement Influencers for three consecutive years (2017, 2018, 2019) and served as a judge for the 2018 North America Employee Engagement Awards. She also served as VP Communication on the Board of IABC’s Montreal Chapter.
