  • All material must be provided 2 weeks before the date of publication.

  • Format : Word

  • # of words : up to 1,500

  • Images : up to 4 (excluding headshot)    

  • Hyperlinks : submit complete original URLs if links are incorporated into text

  • Approval : link to the webpage will be provided to get final approval before publication

  • Provide :                   

         - headshot of author

         - short bio (50 words max)

         - social media links (Original URLs)
