CIPR Inside released a new report yesterday at its annual conference. "Making it Count : The strategic value and effectiveness of internal communication" is the result of 14 interviews with CEOs from various industries and the views of 89 IC practitioners with a similar set of questions to get a sense of their thoughts on the function and where practitioners are in terms of the value they add. The report also integrates insights from research conducted by VMA Group and Dr Kevin Ruck.
